About AppEx Vision

AppEx.ai is the independent expert view on your design and construction project.

AppEx.ai is a virtual coach for the design and construction industry. Built on a proven process model and 2,000 lessons from real projects, it takes a neutral, whole-project view, checking whether decisions are ready to be made, flagging risk early, and asking the questions you didn't think to ask. For the owners who steer a project and the teams who deliver it.

In voice

“A phase can look complete and still not be ready. We tell you which.”
